  BOOKING CONDITIONS ELOC'ANCES2008 seasonA booking request sent from our internet site must be properly completed and accompanied by a deposit (by credit card, cheque or bank transfer) of 200€ for each week booked. The booking takes effect from the time the deposit is received by ELOC'ANCES (immediately for credit cards, later if payment is by cheque), and this will trigger a letter of confirmation of the dates and plots booked, which includes form to send with the payment of the balance of the rental. This must reach us no later than 4 weeks before the planned arrival date (bank or postal cheque, postal order, or bank transfer). Otherwise, the balance can be paid on arrival, by credit card, cash, or French tourism cheques (ANCV) only. For a "by the week" booking made less than a month before the planned stay, and for all "weekend" bookings, the booking will be held for eight days by which time we must have received the booking request as well as the full rental amount.
HOW TO CANCEL
When cancellation is made in writing at least one month before the arrival date, a cancellation charge of 50% of the deposit will be retained. If cancellation is less than one month before the holiday, the full deposit will be retained by ELOC'ANCES. The cancellation insurance option is strongly recommended. In addition, an early departure or late arrival does not entitle the customer to any refund. In low and mid season (not during July/August), the stay may be deferred if there is availability.

In addition, ELOC'ANCES cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of personal possessions, injury or damage that may occur to holiday-makers or their possessions during their stay. Moreover, the greatest care is taken to ensure the accuracy of information describing the facilities at the campsite. However, ELOC'ANCES cannot be held responsible for any possible temporary non-availability of a facility or service at the campsite.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS TO ELOC'ANCES
The customer renting is expected to respect and follow the rules within the campsite. ELOC'ANCES cannot be held responsible in cases where the holidaymaker behaves badly or fails to respect rules. Under those circumstances the customer becomes liable to the sanctions under the rules within the campsite, and can in no way expect any compensation from ELOC'ANCES.
FORMALITIES ON ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
During July/August, arrivals are on a Saturday between 16:00 and 20:00, departures between 08:00 and 10:00 also on a Saturday (if circumstances require, arrival and departure can be organised, by special arrangement, during campsite opening hours). If arrival is likely to be delayed, the customer is expected to inform ELOC'ANCES, by phone as early as possible. If we do not hear anything, ELOC'ANCES will hold the booking for a maximum of 24 hours. After 24 hours and if no further information has been provided, the booking will be understood to be cancelled and the rental amount retained by ELOC'ANCES. On arrival, the customer should first take his confirmation letter to the campsite reception where he will be directed to the ELOC'ANCES reception point. The customer will be shown the mobile home and a schedule of condition will be filled in and signed by both parties. The detailed inventory will be permanently fixed inside the kitchen cupboard. A cheque for 500 Euros as caution money is requested when the keys are handed over. No later than the evening before departure, a precise time will be arranged to check the schedule of condition on departure. The caution money will be returned on the day of departure, provided there is no discrepancy between the two schedules of conditions, and the mobile home is handed back in perfectly clean condition. If this is not the case, the cost of making it right will be deducted from the caution money: repairs, cleaning (fixed charge: 70€).
